نقش تشکیل بازار آب در میزان استفاده از منابع آبی در بخش کشاورزی (مطالعه موردی دشت مشهد)
در حال حاضر حجم متوسط باران سالانه محدوده دشت مشهد (با میانگین بارندگی 273 میلیمتر) معادل 4/2705 میلیون متر مکعب میباشد و براساس اطلاعات موجود تغییرات سطح آب زیرزمینی و ضریب ذخیره، تغییرات حجم ذخیره آبخوانهای آبرفتی دشت مشهد در دوره 30 ساله، حدود 3000 میلیون مترمکعب بوده که باعث شده است امروزه دشت مشهد به عنوان یک دشت ممنوعه بحرانی معرفی شود؛ لذا بازار آب به عنوان ابزار اقتصادی، نقش قابل توجهی در تخصیص بهینه منابع آب بخش کشاورزی و همچنین آثار چشمگیری در تعیین الگوی کشت و بهبود سطح رفاه کشاورزان دارد. با این رویکرد، در مطالعه حاضر نقش تشکیل بازار آب در میزان استفاده از منابع آبی در دشت مشهد (شهرستانهای مشهد، چناران، طرقبه- شاندیز) بررسی شد. برای رسیدن به این منظور، از مدل برنامهریزی ریاضی مثبت (PMP) و توابع تولید منطقهای محصولات کشاورزی (SWAP) استفاده شد. دادههای مورد نیاز از طریق مراجعه به سازمانهای ذیربط و تکمیل 350 پرسشنامه به صورت تصادفی در بین بهرهبرداران زراعی منطقه مورد بررسی با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری مورگان و کرجسی جمعآوری گردید. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که با تشکیل بازار آب در منطقه، الگوی کشت به سمت محصولات با سوددهی بالاتر سوق پیدا میکند. همچنین در استفاده از آب صرفه جویی قابل ملاحظهای در منطقه شکل میگیرد به نحوی که پس از تشکیل بازار آب در شهرستانهای مشهد، چناران و طرقبه – شاندیز میزان مصرف آب به ترتیب با کاهش 37، 85/23 و 09/29 درصدی مواجه میشود که نشان دهنده مفید بودن تشکیل بازار آب در راستای کاهش استفاده از منابع آبی در منطقه است. در انتها با توجه به یافتههای پژوهش میتوان گفت که در صورت وجود یک سیستم حقوق مالکیت خصوصی با قابلیت انتقال منابع آبی، ایجاد و توسعه بازار آب سبب افزایش ضریب اطمینان دسترسی به آب و کاهش ریسک کشاورزان میشود و به نحو مطلوبی مدیریت و تخصیص بهینه آب را منعکس میکند.

تأثیر آگاهی از ویژگیهای محصولات ارگانیک در تمایل به مصرف آتی زعفران ارگانیک برای خانوارهای شهرستان مشهد
بررسی عوامل مؤثر بر بهبود آگاهی مصرفکنندگان از محصولات ارگانیک به منظور افزایش تولید و مصرف این محصولات ضروری است. در این مطالعه با استفاده از دادههای مربوط به 165 خانوار در مناطق 13 گانه شهرستان مشهد، عوامل مؤثر بر آگاهی مصرفکنندگان از محصولات ارگانیک با بهکارگیری الگوی پروبیت و رهیافت همسانسازی نمرة گرایش و سپس اثر آگاهی مصرفکنندگان در تمایل به مصرف آتی زعفران با برآورد اثر متوسط درمان بر گروه درمانشده ارزیابی شد. برای تعیین حجم نمونه، روش نمونهگیری طبقهای به کار رفت. نتایج حاصل از الگوی پروبیت نشان داد که متغیرهای تحصیلات، نگرش به کیفیت برچسب محصولات ارگانیک، نگرانیهای زیستمحیطی و نگرش به درجة تأثیر قیمت محصولات ارگانیک اثر مثبتی بر احتمال وجود آگاهی از محصولات ارگانیک دارند. پس از همسانسازی، تفاوت در میانگین بین دو گروه درمان و شاهد برای متغیرهای تحصیلات، نگرش به درجة تأثیر قیمت محصولات ارگانیک، نگرانیهای زیستمحیطی و نگرش به کیفیت برچسب محصولات ارگانیک کاهش یافت. نتایج حاصل از برآورد اثر متوسط درمان بر گروه درمانشده نشان داد که میزان تمایل به مصرف زعفران ارگانیک در میان واحدهای گروه درمانشده 66 درصد بیشتر از واحدهای مشابه در گروه شاهد است، بنابراین، آگاهی داشتن از محصولات ارگانیک اثر محرک و مثبتی بر میزان تمایل به مصرف آتی زعفران ارگانیک دارد؛ لذا برای تحریک تقاضا و افزایش فروش، به تولیدکنندگان و عرضهکنندگان محصولات ارگانیک توصیه میشود از تبلیغات برای اطلاعرسانی مصرفکنندگان استفاده کنند.

ارزیابی پیامدهای ملی و منطقهای خشکسالی در حوزة تولید و اشتغال با استفاده از مدل تحلیل تعادل عمومی
ارزیابی جامع آثار اقتصادی خشکسالی اطلاعات مهمی برای برنامهها و سیاستهای تعدیل خشکسالی فراهم میکند. بر همین اساس، آثار خشکسالی بر تولید و اشتغال اقتصاد ایران در قالب دو مدل تعادل عمومی قابل محاسبه (CGE) تکمنطقهای و مدل تعادل عمومی چندمنطقهای (MRCGE) ارزیابی شد. دادههای مورد نیاز این پژوهش از ماتریس حسابداری اجتماعی 1380 و جدول داده- ستانده 1385 به دست آمد. خشکسالی در قالب سه سطح ضعیف، متوسط و شدید و به صورت کاهش دسترسی به آب لحاظ شد. نتایج مدل تعادل عمومی تکمنطقهای نشان داد که تولید ناخالص داخلی 7/1 تا 5/5 درصد براساس شدت خشکسالی کاهش مییابد. همچنین ارقام متناظر به دست آمده از الگوی چندمنطقهای در دامنه 4/6-2/2 درصد قرار دارد. کاهش تولید ناخالص در استانهای کرمان، همدان، فارس و اردبیل نیز بیش از سایر استانهاست. همچنین مشخص گردید کاهش تولید موجب کاهش اشتغال شده، اما میزان کاهش اشتغال به مراتب پایینتر از تولید بوده است. به کارگیری تدابیری برای کاهش مصرف آب و همچنین ایجاد مشاغل در حوزه صنایع روستایی به عنوان توصیههای مطالعه مطرح شد.

بررسی عوامل مؤثر در کارایی و بهرهوری تولیدکنندگان پستة شهرستان سیرجان با تأکید بر سرمایة اجتماعی
عملکرد محصول پسته در استان کرمان، بهعنوان قطب اصلی تولید پسته در ایران، نسبت به کشورهای رقیب مانند آمریکا بسیار پایین است. بر همین اساس، در این مطالعه، وضعیت تولیدی تعدادی از کشاورزان پستهکار شهرستان سیرجان (دارای رتبة دوم تولید در استان کرمان) بررسی شد. اطلاعات لازم به دلیل مسئله سالآوری پسته، بهصورت میانگین سالهای 1393 و 1394 بوده است. تأکید این مطالعه بر نقش سرمایة اجتماعی بهعنوان ابزار نرمافزاری افزایش کارایی و بهرهوری است. طبق یافتههای تحقیق، متوسط کارایی فنی در حضور سرمایة اجتماعی 69/0 اندازهگیری شد. بهعلاوه، براساس نتایج الگوی توبیت، متغیرهای تجربه، شرکت در کلاسهای آموزشی، اندازة باغ، آب، میزان محصول و سرمایة اجتماعی بر کارایی تأثیر معنیداری دارند. همچنین برای درک تأثیر سرمایهگذاری در سرمایة اجتماعی در بین کشاورزان، شاخص بهرهوری لوئن برگر بر مبنای تابع مسافت جهتدار محاسبه شد که رشد 5/12 درصدی داشته است. طبق نتایج، باید کشاورزان و متولیان بخش کشاورزی برای بهبود وضعیت کشاورزان در ارتقای ابعاد گوناگون سرمایة اجتماعی تلاش کنند.

الگوی تأثیرگذاری عوامل اقتصادی و فنی در کیفیت پوستة تخممرغ برای کاهش ضایعات در واحدهای تولید تخممرغ استان خراسان رضوی
یکی از مشکلات موجود در صنعت مرغداری بالا بودن میزان ضایعات و تخممرغهای شکسته از زمان تولید تا مصرف است. از این رو، در تحقیق حاضر، با استفاده از الگوی معادلات ساختاری مبتنی بر کمترین مربعات جزئی، نحوة ارتباط این عوامل و تأثیر آنها در کاهش ضایعات تخممرغ در کلیة واحدهای تولید تخممرغ تحت پوشش اتحادیة مرغ تخمگذار استان خراسان رضوی بررسی شد. به این منظور، متغیرهای مورد بررسی و تأثیرگذار، در سه دسته عوامل مدیریتی، محیطی و تغذیهای گروهبندی شدند. نتایج نشان داد بیشترین تأثیر در کاهش ضایعات تخممرغ مربوط به عوامل مدیریتی (840/0) است و عوامل محیطی (654/0) و عوامل تغذیهای (123/0) بعد از آن قرار دارند. میان عوامل مدیریتی، متغیرهای شغل اصلی مدیر، سابقة مدیر، سن تولکبری، نوع تهویه و آلودگی انگلی خارجی مهمترین عواملی هستند که میتوانند در کاهش ضایعات از طریق متغیر پنهان مدیریت مؤثر باشند. میان عوامل محیطی نیز به ترتیب تعداد سالن، میزان تخممرغ تولیدی، تلفات روزانه و مساحت سالن از عواملی هستند که در کوتاهمدت قابلکنترل نیستند و نیاز به مدیریت زمانبر در بلندمدت دارند. میان متغیرهای یادشده، متغیر میزان تولید و تعداد سالن بیشترین تأثیر را از طریق متغیر پنهان عوامل محیطی در کاهش ضایعات دارند. درنهایت، میان متغیرهای تأثیرگذار بر عوامل تغذیهای، مؤثرترین متغیرهایِ با تأثیر مثبت بر کاهش ضایعات عبارتاند از کربنات کلسیم و پودر گوشت و مؤثرترین متغیرهایِ با تأثیر منفی بر کاهش ضایعات عبارتاند از سبوس و ذرت؛ بنابراین، با توجه به تأثیر عوامل مدیریتی، توصیه میشود برای مدیریت واحدهای تولید تخممرغ افرادی باسابقه و دانش مرتبط برای انتخاب زمان مناسب تولکبری و کنترل انگلهای خارجی انتخاب شوند.

ناکارآمدی شبکههای بازاریابی محصولات کشاورزی و اختلاف قیمت بین بهای فروش محصولات توسط کشاورزان و قیمت خرید توسط مصرفکننده نهایی یکی از مسائل اصلی در نظام بازاریابی محصولات کشاورزی است. برهمیناساس، هدف اصلی این مطالعه بررسی و شناسایی عوامل مؤثر بر حاشیة بازاریابی محصولات کشاورزی در دشت نیشابور بود. به این منظور، از مدل ارتقایافتة مارکآپ برای کل محصولات زراعی و در چارچوب رگرسیون وزنی جغرافیایی (GWR) استفاده شد. آمار و اطلاعات موردنیاز از طریق مصاحبة حضوری و تکمیل پرسشنامه از 366 نفر از کشاورزان دشت نیشابور در سال 1395 به دست آمد. در این مطالعه، برای دستیابی به اهداف موردنظر و تحلیل آمار و اطلاعات و با توجه به معنیداری آمارة موران، از رگرسیون وزنی جغرافیایی با هستههای تطبیقی (GWR-A) استفاده شد. نتایج آمارة موران نشان داد که خودهمبستگی مثبت فضایی در خصوص حاشیة بازاریابی محصولات زراعی دشت نیشابور وجود دارد. نتایج مدل حاشیة بازاریابی با بهکارگیری رگرسیون وزنی جغرافیایی نشان داد که هزینة بازاریابی و قیمت خردهفروشی تأثیر مثبت و سطح زیر کشت تأثیر منفی بر حاشیة بازاریابی در اغلب مناطق دشت نیشابور دارند. در این مطالعه همچنین ضرایب برآوردی الگوی ارتقایافتة مارکآپ بهصورت منطقهای و بر اساس موقعیت جغرافیایی کشاورزان به دست آمد. بر اساس نتایج مطالعه، پیشنهادهای استفاده از روشهای آماری مبتنی بر مکانمندی دادهها در مطالعات مشابه (همچون رگرسیون فضایی)، اصلاح نظام بازار رسانی و فروش محصولات مبتنی بر توسعة شرکتهای بازرگانی حرفهای، اجرای طرحهای اطلاعرسانی ویژه و مرتبط با اطلاعات بازار محصولات کشاورزی و اجرای برنامههای خاص فرهنگی و اجتماعی ارائه شد.

آثار رشد اقتصادی و شهرنشینی استان مازندران در کیفیت محیط زیست آبی با تأکید بر رودخانه های استان
فعالیتهای اقتصادی طیف وسیعی از آسیبهای محیطزیستی نظیر از بین رفتن جنگلها، آلودگی منابع آب سطحی و زیرزمینی و آلودگی هوا را به همراه دارد. استان مازندران با توجه به ویژگیهای طبیعی از حیث آبهای سطحی و زیرزمینی بسیار غنی و دارای رودهای متعددی است. هدف این پژوهش بررسی رابطه آلودگی آب و رشد اقتصادی در استان مازندران در چارچوب منحنی محیط زیستی کوزنتس با استفاده از دادههای پانل و روش گشتاورهای تعمیمیافته (GMM) طی سالهای 1393-1380 بود. نتایج نشان داد که شاخص آلودگی آب با متغیر شهرنشینی، تولید ناخالص داخلی و مکعب آن رابطه مثبت و با مجذور تولید ناخالص داخلی رابطه منفی دارد. همچنین نتایج، رابطه N شکل میان آلودگی آب و سایر متغیرها را نشان داد. مثبت شدن توان سوم تولید ناخالص داخلی نیز نشاندهنده افزایش آلودگی آب همراه با توسعه اقتصادی بود و در این راستا، پیشنهاد شد دولت تصمیمات لازم را برای جلوگیری از افزایش آلودگی بیشتر انجام دهد.

محصول انگور یاقوتی از مهمترین محصولات باغی شهرستان زابل است که به صورت نوبرانه برداشت میشود. در پژوهش حاضر، میزان عملکرد انگور در واحد سطح در چارچوب دو روش آبیاری قطرهای و سنتی با استفاده از دو مدل بیزالیا و مدل لاجیت بررسی و برخی عوامل اقتصادی، مدیریتی و محیطی مؤثر بر پذیرش آبیاری قطرهای در میان انگورکاران شهرستان زابل تجزیهوتحلیل شد. اطلاعات موردنیاز با استفاده از تکمیل پرسشنامه از 197 انگورکار شهرستان زابل (که از طریق نمونهگیری تصادفی طبقهبندیشده انتخاب شدند) و اسناد کتابخانهای به دست آمد. نتایج مدل بیزالیا[1] نشان داد که استفاده از آبیاری قطرهای دو اثر مستقیم و غیرمستفیم بر افزایش عملکرد در واحد سطح انگور دارد. این عملکرد در اثر مستقیم، بدون تغییر در میزان مصرف نهادهها، 14/24 درصد و در اثر غیر مستقیم، با تغییر در میزان مصرف نهادهها، 35/4 درصد افزایش یافته است. درمجموع، استفاده از آبیاری قطرهای در باغهای انگور باعث 5/28 درصد تغییر در عملکرد (کیلوگرم/ هکتار) میشود. نتایج مدل لاجیت همچنین نشان داد که در پذیرش آبیاری قطرهای متغیرهای سن کشاورز، تعداد نیروی کار خانوادگی و وضعیت دسترسی به آب تأثیر منفی و متغیرهای مساحت مزرعه، سطح سواد، شغل کشاورز، شیب زمین، درآمد کشاورز، نوع بهرهبرداری از زمین، کلاسهای آموزشی و ترویجی و دسترسی به اعتبارات و تسهیلات تأثیر مثبت و معنیدار دارند.

مدلسازی بررسی عوامل مؤثر بر نوسانهای قیمت محصولات کشاورزی ایران: مطالعه موردی خیار، گوجه فرنگی، سیبزمینی و پیاز
قیمت محصولات کشاورزی در مقایسه با سایر کالاها نوسانهای بیشتر و شدیدتری دارد. آگاهی از ریشههای نوسان قیمت محصولات، سیاستگذاران را قادر میسازد تا سیاستگذاریهای مناسبی برای کنترل این نوسانانها و افزایش درآمد کشاورزان داشته باشند. بر همین اساس، دراین تحقیق عوامل مؤثر بر نوسانانهای قیمت سبزیهای منتخب (سیبزمینی، گوجهفرنگی، پیاز و خیار) در استانهای عمده تولیدکننده این محصولات بررسی شد. برای تعیین عوامل مؤثر بر نوسانانهای قیمت از مدلهای رگرسیونی با دادههای تابلویی استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد ریشههای ایجاد ریسک در محصولات مورد مطالعه متفاوت است و ریشههای ریسک قیمت هر محصول را باید بهصورت جداگانه بررسی کرد. البته افزایش نرخ سود تسهیلات بانکی بخش کشاورزی نوسانانهای درون فصل قیمت هر چهار محصول را تشدید میکند. یک میلیمتر انحراف از میانگین بارندگی در مورد خیار، گوجهفرنگی و سیبزمینی منجر به تشدید نوسان قیمت آنها میشود. انحراف یک درجه از میانگین بلندمدت دما در مورد محصولات خیار، گوجهفرنگی و پیاز موجب تشدید نوسان داخل فصل قیمت میشود. وجود قیمت تضمینی بالاتر از قیمت سرمزرعه منجر به کاهش نوسان درون فصل قیمت دو محصول سیبزمینی و پیاز میگردد. در پایان، پیشنهاد میشود نرخ سود تسهیلات بانکی بخش کشاورزی کاهش یابد و دولت در جهت افزایش قیمت تضمینی برای مؤثر واقعشدن آن در مورد محصولات فاسدشدنی اقدام کند.

شناسایی و اولویتبندی شاخصهای مؤثر بر بهرهوری عوامل تولید در صنعت مرغ گوشتی استان آذربایجان غربی با روش بهترین – بدترین فازی
صنعت پرورش مرغ گوشتی یکی از زیربخشهای مهم کشاورزی کشور است که جایگاه ویژه ای در تولید و اشتغال بخش کشاورزی دارد. با توجه به اینکه بهرهوری نقش مهمی در فعالیت اقتصادی دارد، تعیین عوامل مؤثر بر بهرهوری از اهمیت خاصی برخوردار است. بنابراین، در تحقیق حاضر ابتدا مهمترین شاخصهای مؤثر بر بهرهوری عوامل تولید در صنعت مرغ گوشتی با استفاده از نظرات خبرگان شناسایی و سپس با به کارگیری روش بهترین- بدترین فازی این شاخصها وزندهی و رتبهبندی شد. 260 پرسشنامه میان واحدهای تولید مرغ گوشتی استان آذربایجان غربی در بهار 1396 به صورت نمونهگیری در دسترس توزیع شد و پس از گردآوری، تحلیل دادهها بر روی 209 پرسشنامة قابلاستفاده صورت پذیرفت. نتایج نشان داد که در مجموع، 21 شاخص بر بهرهوری عوامل تولید در صنعت مرغ گوشتی مؤثرند که در 4 گروه اصلی شاخصهای نیروی انسانی، هزینه، سرمایه و مواد جای دارند. مهمترین شاخص شناساییشده قیمت فروش مرغ زنده و پس از آن، مدت زمان پرورش است. شناسایی این شاخصها موجب تدوین راهکارهای موثرتر برای بهبود بهرهوری میشود.
