عوامل مؤثر بر صادرات محصولات کشاورزی و صنایع غذایی ایران با تأکید بر شاخص رقابت پذیری نرخ ارز واقعی ترکیبی
ایران از تنوع اقلیمی برخوردار است و یکی از متنوع ترین مناطق جهان از لحاظ پوشش گیاهی به شمار میرود؛ و از این رو، تولید بسیاری از محصولات کشاورزی در کشور امکانپذیر است. با این همه، اگرچه آمارها حاکی از رشد نسبی صادرات بخش کشاورزی طی سالهای مختلف است، اما این روند نوسانهای زیادی دارد و در اکثر سالها، عملکرد صادرات از مقدار پیش بینی شده کمتر است. بر این اساس، در مطالعه حاضر، با تأکید بر شاخص رقابتپذیری نرخ ارز، عوامل مؤثر بر تقاضای صادرات محصولات کشاورزی و صنایع غذایی ایران برای دوره زمانی 1991 تا 2014 بررسی و ارزیابی شد. بدین منظور، با محاسبه نرخ ارز واقعی ترکیبی دوجانبه، از الگوی دادههای ترکیبی استفاده شد. نتایج مطالعه حاکی از تأثیر مثبت و معنیدار شاخص نرخ ارز واقعی بر تقاضای صادرات محصولات کشاورزی و صنایع غذایی ایران بود. همچنین، نتایج نشان داد که درآمد ملی کشورهای واردکننده دارای تأثیر مثبت و معنیدار بر تقاضای صادرات بوده و اثر آن به مراتب از شاخص رقابتپذیری نرخ ارز واقعی ترکیبی بیشتر است. بر اساس نتایج به دست آمده، در الگوی برآوردشده، با یک درصد افزایش در شاخص رقابتپذیری نرخ ارز واقعی ترکیبی و درآمد ملی، به ترتیب، تقاضای صادرات به میزان 19/0 و 41/1 درصد افزایش مییابد. در نهایت، نتایج بیانگر آن بود که برخلاف دو متغیر یادشده، قیمت های نسبی صادراتی تأثیر منفی و معنیدار بر تابع صادرات دارند، به گونه ای که طی دوره بلندمدت، با یک درصد افزایش در قیمتهای نسبی، تقاضای صادرات بهمیزان 78/0 درصد کاهش مییابد.

بررسی اثرات هدفمندسازی یارانه انرژی بر رفاه تولیدکنندگان و مصرف کنندگان برنج در ایران: کاربرد مدل برنامه ریزی ریاضی قیمت درونزا
اصلاحات یارانة انرژی و اثرات مختلف آن بر گروههای مختلف جامعه (تولیدکنندگان و مصرفکنندگان) همواره برای سیاست گذاران و محققان اقتصاد کشاورزی معمایی چالش برانگیز بوده است. بدین منظور، مطالعة حاضر، با شبیه سازی اثرات آزادسازی قیمت حاملهای انرژی با استفاده از یک مدل برنامه ریزی ریاضی قیمت درونزا، به تحلیل آثار رفاهی سیاست هدفمندی یارانة انرژی بر وضعیت رفاه تولیدکنندگان و مصرف کنندگان برنج در کشور پرداخت. نتایج نشان داد که در پی هدفمندسازی یارانة سوخت به مثابه نهادهای بسیار تأثیرگذار در فرآیند تولید و بازاررسانی محصول برنج، تولید اندکی کاهش و قیمتها افزایش مییابند؛ همچنین، تعادلی جدید در ساختار بازار این محصول شکل میگیرد و بهدلیل کاهش در رفاه مصرفکنندگان و افزایش ناچیز در رفاه تولیدکنندگان، به کاهش رفاه اجتماعی می انجامد؛ و بنابراین، سیاست هدفمندی یارانه انرژی از طریق کاهش مقادیر و افزایش قیمتها در بازار محصول برنج شرایط رکودی را ایجاد میکند. از اینرو، با توجه به نتایج سناریوسازی سیاست های مکمل در مدل، توجه به سیاستهایی مانند ارتقای فناوری تولید با بهره گیری از بذرهای اصلاح شده و پربازده و افزایش کارآیی مصرف از طریق کاهش ضایعات محصولات توصیه میشود.

محاسبه درجه ریسک گریزی با استفاده از روش تحلیل تصمیم گیری چندمعیاره: مطالعه موردی کشاورزان منطقه گهرباران ساری
با توجه به اهمیت آگاهی از رفتار مخاطره آمیز کشاورزان برای سیاستگذاری مفید در بخش کشاورزی، در مطالعه حاضر، با استفاده از روش تحلیل تصمیم گیری چندمعیاره، درجه ریسک گریزی مطلق کشاورزان در گهرباران ساری تعیین شد و سپس، رابطة آن با خصوصیات اقتصادی- اجتماعی کشاورزان مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت. داده های مورد نیاز از طریق پرسشنامه و مصاحبه حضوری با 250 کشاورز منطقه مورد مطالعه جمع آوری شد. نتایج مطالعه نشان داد که اکثر کشاورزان در طبقه ریسک گریزی زیاد جای میگیرند و از میان خصوصیات اقتصادی- اجتماعی کشاورزان (نظیر سن، تحصیلات، مساحت زمین، تعداد اعضای خانواده، درآمد زراعی، سهم فعالیت زراعی از کل درآمد، مالکیت زمین، وام و تجربه کشاورزی)، متغیرهای درآمد زراعی، سهم فعالیت زراعی از کل درآمد و تعداد اعضای خانواده رابطه مثبت و متغیرهای مساحت زمین و وام رابطه منفی با درجه ریسک گریزی مطلق کشاورزان دارند. از آنجا که درجه ریسک گریزی بیشتر کشاورزان نماینده بالا بود، بحث مدیریت ریسک بسیار حائز اهمیت مینماید. اقداماتی مانند کشت اشتراکی، تنوع تولید، کنترل جمعیت از سوی کشاورز و راهکارهایی همچون گسترش تعاونیها، گسترش اعتبارات، قیمت تضمینی، بیمه و راه اندازی و توسعه بازارهای آتی از سوی سیاستگذاران از جمله پیشنهادهای مطالعة حاضر بود.

الگوی تأثیرگذاری نهاده ها بر مخاطرة تولید گندم آبی و دیم در شرق استان گلستان
نهادههای تولید از مهمترین عوامل مؤثر بر مخاطره محصولات کشاورزی است. در مطالعه حاضر، تأثیر نهادهها بر مخاطره تولید با استفاده از اطلاعات 221 کشاورز گندم کار دیم و آبی در شرق استان گلستان برای سال زراعی 1395-1394 از طریق الگوی پیشنهادی جاست و پاپ بررسی شد. نتایج نشان داد که نهاده بذر برای هر دو محصول تأثیر مثبت و معنیدار بر میانگین تولید دارد؛ همچنین، دو نهاده کود شیمیایی و آب مصرفی برای گندم آبی و نهادههای کود شیمیایی، سم، ماشینآلات و نیروی کار برای گندم دیم اثر افزایشی بر میانگین تولید دارند و افزون بر این، سم مصرفی برای هر دو محصول اثر مخاطره افزایی دارد و دو نهاده کود شیمیایی و ماشینآلات برای گندم آبی و بذر و نیروی کار برای گندم دیم اثر مخاطره کاهندگی دارند. بنابراین، برای کاهش مخاطره تولید گندم آبی و دیم و افزایش میانگین تولید این محصول راهبردی، توصیه میشود که از نهادههای کاهنده مخاطره در زمان مناسب و بهه درستی بهره گیری شود.

بررسی ترجیحات مصرفکنندگان چای ارگانیک در شهر تهران تحت فرضیة کاهش اریب در روش آزمون انتخاب
لحاظ کردن فرضیه اریب در فرآیند آزمون انتخاب به عنوان یک فرضیه سنتی در ادبیات موضوع مطرح است. اما نحوه به کارگیری روشهای کاهش فرضیه اریب همچنان یک موضوع بحث برانگیز در بین محققان به شمار می رود. در مطالعه حاضر، با لحاظ کردن فرضیه اریب، شواهد بیشتری در ارتباط با ترجیحات مصرف کنندگان چای ارگانیک در شهر تهران پیش کشیده شد. دادهها و اطلاعات مورد نیاز از طریق پیمایشهای میدانی و تکمیل 405 پرسشنامه به صورت کاملاً تصادفی از مصرف کنندگان منطقه یک شهر تهران در سال 1395 به دست آمد. به منظور بررسی ترجیحات مصرفکنندگان چای ارگانیک، از روش آزمون انتخاب و مدل لاجیت شرطی برای گروه پایه (بدون لحاظ کردن فرضیه اریب) و دو گروه صحبت مقدماتی و مقدمه صادقانه استفاده شد. نتایج مطاله نشان داد که میانگین تمایل به پرداخت مصرف کنندگان برای ویژگی های مورد مطالعه در سه گروه پایه، صحبت مقدماتی و مقدمه صادقانه، به ترتیب، 11608، 27494 و 18641 تومان است، گویای آنکه استفاده از شیوه های کاهش فرضیه اریب باعث کاهش اریب و واقعی تر شدن تمایل به پرداخت مصرف کنندگان می شود. با توجه به بالا بودن تمایل به پرداخت مصرف کنندگان برای ویژگی های چای ارگانیک، پیشنهاد میشود که برای ارتقای سطح سلامت در کشور، اطلاعرسانی کامل در مورد مزایای چای ارگانیک صورت گیرد.

تأثیر شاخصهای آزادسازی تجاری درون بخشی کشاورزی بر تخریب محیط زیست در ایران
در بخشهای مختلف اقتصادی، تأثیر آزادسازی تجاری بر وضعیت آلودگی محیط زیست در ایران به یکی از چالش های پیش روی سیاستگذاران تبدیل شده است. در مطالعه حاضر، با استفاده از سه شاخص «سطح تجارت بینالملل در بخش کشاورزی»، «ادغام تجارت بینالملل در بخش کشاورزی» و «درجه باز بودن تجارت در بخش کشاورزی» و در قالب الگوی هم انباشتگی جوهانسن- جوسیلیوس تصحیح خطای برداری (VECM)، به بررسی تأثیر شاخص های آزادسازی تجاری درون بخشی کشاورزی بر تخریب محیط زیست در ایران پرداخته شد. نتایج نشان داد که هر سه شاخص آزادسازی تجاری درون بخشی کشاورزی بر تخریب محیط زیست اثر منفی و معنی دار دارند؛ همچنین، شدت مصرف انرژی در بخش کشاورزی و ارزش افزوده در این بخش باعث افزایش تخریب محیط زیست می شوند. پیشنهاد می شود که دولت با حمایت از تولید محصولات کشاورزی با مزیت نسبی بالا در راستای کاهش تخریب محیط زیست، به کشت فراملی توجه بیشتری داشته باشد.

ارزشگذاری بهبود کیفیت گوشت مرغ از دیدگاه مصرفکنندگان در شیراز
هدف پژوهش حاضر برآورد تمایل به پرداخت اضافه مصرفکنندگان گوشت مرغ سلامتمحور و بررسی عوامل مؤثر بر آن در شهر شیراز بود. در مطالعه حاضر، ابتدا گوشت مرغ سلامتمحور بر اساس سه ویژگی عدم مصرف آنتیبیوتیک در دوره پرورش، تخلیه کامل اندرونهها در زمان کشتار و وزن متوسط لاشه (مرغ سایز) در محل عرضه، به شهروندان شیرازی معرفی شد. بهمنظور استخراج تمایل به پرداخت مصرفکنندگان، از روش ارزشگذاری مشروط دوگانه با سؤالهای یکطرفه و دوطرفه و تکمیل 601 پرسشنامه بهصورت حضوری در پاییز سال 1396 استفاده شد. با انجام پیشآزمون، پارامترهای توزیع تمایل به پرداخت جامعه هدف تعیین و بر اساس روش کوپر، انتخاب بهینة بردار پیشنهاد قیمت صورت گرفت. نتایج تخمین مدلهای اقتصادسنجی، برتری کارآیی روش دوطرفه نسبت به یک طرفه را نشان داد. بر اساس یافتهها، تحصیلات (بهویژه در بین زنان) و درآمد خانوار بهطور مثبت و سن و بعد خانوار بهصورت منفی بر تمایل به پرداخت اضافه اثرگذار بودند. متوسط تمایل به پرداخت اضافه مصرفکنندگان برای هر کیلوگرم گوشت مرغ سلامتمحور در مدلهای یک طرفه و دوطرفه، بهترتیب، 26420 و 24240 ریال برآورد شد، که معادل 35 و 32 درصد بیش از قیمت بازاری گوشت مرغ معمولی است. تمایل به پرداخت اضافه از سوی مصرف کنندگان نشان داد که تقاضای بالقوهای برای گوشت مرغ سلامتمحور وجود دارد و از اینرو، تولیدکنندگان میتوانند با بهرهگیری از این فرصت، از طریق تولید و عرضه این محصول منتفع شوند.

آسیبپذیری اجتماعی، اقتصادی و زیستمحیطی کشاورزان نسبت به خشکسالی: دشت بکان اقلید
کشاورزان به شدت از خشکسالی های سریع تأثیر می پذیرند. با پاسخ های سازگاری مناسب می توان از پیامدهای منفی این پدیده کاست و همچنین، ارزیابی آسیب پذیری زیست بوم های اجتماعی و اقتصادی محلی به ایجاد این فرآیند کمک میکند. هدف مطالعه حاضر ارزیابی آسیب پذیری اجتماعی، اقتصادی و زیست محیطی در سطح خانوار و در چهار خوشه روستایی دشت بکان اقلید بود. اطلاعات مربوط به «در معرض واقع شدن»، «حساسیت» و «ظرفیت سازگاری» خوشه های روستایی از طریق مصاحبه های رو در رو با 122 خانوار کشاورز در تابستان 1397 جمع آوری شد. به منظور محاسبه شاخص آسیب پذیری، اجزای اصلی متغیرهای یادشده اندازه گیری و یکپارچه سازی شدند. نتایج نشاندهنده سطوح قابل توجه «در معرض خطر خشکسالی واقع شدن» و «حساسیت نسبت به این پدیدة ناگوار» و اما «ظرفیت محدود برای سازگاری» در میان خوشه های فضایی و در نتیجه، آسیب پذیری زیاد اجتماعی، اقتصادی و زیست محیطی بوده و با این حال، سطوح آسیب پذیری در میان خانوارها به دلیل عوامل مختلف اجتماعی و اقتصادی مانند دارایی های معیشتی متغیر است. با توجه به محدود بودن ظرفیت سازگاری خانوارهای مورد مطالعه، به منظور رسیدگی به نیازهای خانوارهای بسیار آسیب پذیر، سیاستگذاری سازش از طریق رهیافت «ابتدا افراد ضعیف» لازم است.

ترکیب مناسب کاربری اراضی از عوامل مهم در حفظ و پایداری منابع آب و خاک به ویژه در بستر حوضه های آبخیز است. در مطالعه حاضر، با در نظر گرفتن همزمان شاخص های اقتصادی، اجتماعی و زیست محیطی، نحوه بهره برداری بهینه و پایدار از اراضی حوضه آبخیز حبله رود بررسی شد. بدین منظور، از مدل ابزار ارزیابی آب و خاک (SWAT) و روش های فرا رتبه ای پرومتی (PROMETHEE) و الکتره (ELECTRE) به عنوان دو نمونه از مدل های تصمیم گیری چندشاخصه استفاده شد. داده های مورد نیاز در تعیین شاخص های زیست محیطی از جمله دما، بارش، رطوبت، تبخیر وتعرق برای یک دوره 26ساله و داده های مربوط به شاخص های اقتصادی و اجتماعی شامل هزینه تولید، درآمد ناخالص و میزان اشتغال در سال 1396 گردآوری شد. نتایج نشان داد که کاربری باغ در جنوب حوضه هم از لحاظ اقتصادی- اجتماعی و هم از لحاظ زیست محیطی، در رتبه اول و کاربری مرتع در شمال حوضه در رتبه آخر انواع کاربری ها قرار دارند؛ همچنین، در کاربری های باغ در شمال حوضه و مرتع در جنوب حوضه، تضاد رتبه بندی چه از لحاظ شاخص های اقتصادی- اجتماعی و چه از لحاظ شاخص های زیست محیطی مشاهده شد. از اینرو، بر مبنای ارزیابی به دستآمده، پیشنهادهایی در راستای بهبود وضعیت و توسعه اراضی مورد مطالعه ارائه شد.

اولویتبندی سرمایهگذاری در بخش کشاورزی استان فارس بر اساس بازده سرمایه
نهادهای مالی و اعتباری از جمله بانک کشاورزی با محدودیت منابع سرمایه ای مواجه اند و از اینرو، برای حفظ توان مالی خود در راستای حمایت پایدار از تولیدات کشاورزی و تخصیص بهینه منابع مالی، باید بر اساس بازده سرمایه، فعالیت ها را اولویت بندی کنند. در همین راستا، مطالعه حاضر با هدف تحلیل بازده سرمایه در تولید محصولات کشاورزی مختلف استان فارس انجام گرفت. بدین منظور، تابع تولید برای محصولات منتخب زیربخشهای زراعت، باغبانی و دام به طور مجزا و مشتمل بر سرمایه فیزیکی و انسانی با استفاده از داده های پنل دوره 93-1384 برآورد شد. یافته های مطالعه نشان داد که در مورد تمامی محصولات منتخب، سرمایه فیزیکی دارای بالاترین نقش در تولید است؛ اما از نظر بازده سرمایه، میان محصولات تفاوت وجود دارد. به طور نسبی، بازده سرمایه فیزیکی در تولید محصولات باغی و دامی بالاتر از محصولات زراعی ارزیابی شد. این بازدهی برای محصولات زراعی اغلب در دامنه 8/0-45/0 در نوسان بوده، در حالی که برای محصولات دامی این دامنه 9/0-5/0 و برای اغلب محصولات باغی بالاتر از 7/0 است. افزون بر تفکیک سرمایه فیزیکی و انسانی، استفاده از شاخص اقلیمی دی مارتن به عنوان متغیر کنترل، نوآوری مطالعه حاضر در برآورد معادلات است. بر این اساس، نوعی از تقسیم بندی جغرافیایی نیز قابل استنباط است، بدین معنی که به اعتبار ضریب شاخص اقلیمی، مناطق دارای بارندگی بیشتر و به طور تلویحی، مناطق شمالی و غربی استان از موقعیت بهتری در تولید برخوردارند، که میتوان در توزیع منابع اعتباری تولید بدان توجه داشت. پیشنهاد می شود که بر اساس بازده سرمایه، از میان محصولات دامی به گوشت قرمز و از میان محصولات باغی به مرکبات، گردو، هلو، سیب، پسته و زردآلو اولویت بالاتری داده شود، در حالی که در مورد محصولات زراعی، بهطور مشخص، اولویت با سرمایه گذاری روی ماشین آلات است.
