Abedi <br />Received: 27 Aug 2015 Accepted: 12 Apr 2016<br />Abstract<br />One of the problems expressed by agricultural producers is budget restrictions and limited financial resources that could be an influential factor on non-use of economically optimal level inputs. Due to the Potato is one of the important products and the Kurdistan province is one of the major province producers of this product, therefore, this study survey the effect of budget restrictions and their impact on potato production in Kurdistan province. In this context, the approach of indirect production function with Lewbel functional form was used as a generalized functional form of two the Translog functional form and Almost Ideal Supply System. For this purpose, the data of price and quantity of the inputs and the output of potatoes was used during 1991-2011. The results showed that the Lagrange multiplier for the product is greater than one that this indicates the existence of budget restrictions in the production of potato.<br /><br />JEL Classification: A10, B21, D20, N50, N65<br /><br />Keywords:<br />Kurdistan, Lewbel Indirect Production Function, Potato, Budget Restrictions یکی از مشکلات تولیدکنندگان محصولات کشاورزی محدودیت بودجه و منابع مالی است که می‌تواند عامل مؤثری بر عدم به‏کارگیری سطح بهینه اقتصادی نهاده‌های تولیدی باشد. با توجه به اینکه سیب‌زمینی یکی از محصولات مهم محسوب می‌شود و استان کردستان نیز یکی از استان‌های مهم تولیدکننده این محصول است؛ لذا این مطالعه به بررسی اثر وجود محدودیت بودجه و تأثیر آن بر سطح تولید سیب‌زمینی در استان کردستان ‌پرداخت. در این راستا، از رهیافت تابع تولید غیر مستقیم با فرم تابعی لیوبل، که فرم تعمیم یافته دو فرم تابعی ترانسلوگ و سیستم عرضه تقریباً ایده‌آل می‌باشد، استفاده شد. بدین منظور از داده‌های قیمت و مقدار نهاده‌ها و میزان تولید محصول سیب‌زمینی برای استان کردستان طی سال‌های 90-1370 استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که مقدار ضریب لاگرانژ برای محصول مورد نظر بزرگ‏تر از یک است که بیان‌کننده وجود محدودیت بودجه در تولید محصول نام برده می‌باشد.<br /><br />طبقه‌بندی JEL: A10، B21، D20، N50، N65 http://aead.agri-peri.ac.ir/article_59072_72c8884045cad7971ef33cb9d4d57504.pdf
