مطالعه ارتباط بین الگوی مصرف گذشته و فعلی مواد خوراکی در مناطق روستایی ایران

چکیده

در این مطالعه از طریق محاسبه اثر رفتاری به همراه آثار جانشینی و درآمدی، ارتباط بین الگوی مصرف گذشته و فعلی مواد خوراکی در مناطق روستایی کشور بررسی شده است. به این منظور، با استفاده از تابع مخارج، رشد سهم مخارجی هر یک از گروه کالاهای مورد مطالعه به تفکیک سه اثر فوق مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفته  است. مهمترین نتایج حاکی از  این است که عادات مصرفی نقش عمده‏ای در الگوی مصرفی خانوار دارد. همچنین با درنظر گرفتن توهم پولی، به نظر می‏رسد واکنش مصرف‌کنندگان وابستگی کمتری به اثر درآمدی دارد. با توجه به الگوی گذشته، خانوارها مصرف آن دسته از کالاهایی را در الگوی مصرف فعلی حفظ می‏کنند که یا کمتر گران شده اند و یا خود تولیدکننده آن هستند.

چکیده [English]

In this study, linkages between past and current food consumption in rural areas was studied by calculating a habit effect besides substitution and income effects. For this purpose, applying an expenditure function, the growth of expenditure shares for various groups of foods was evaluated considering these effects. Typical results showed that habit has a significant role in consumption pattern. Also, considering money illusion, it seems that income has no significant effect on consumption. Taking into account the past consumption patterns, consumers try to keep those foods in their current patterns that either have been less expensive or are produced by households.
